After Hours Phone Calls:
After hours calls are to address urgent or emergent problems. Routine questions and problems should be addressed during regular office hours. You should expect a phone call back within 30 minutes of your call. For after hour calls and weekend calls, please call the usual number of (518) 842-0017. The answering service will refer you to the on call provider. You should expect a call back within 30 minutes of your call. If you do not receive a call back, you should recall the same number (518) 842-0017. Caller ID should be turned off, or we can not return the call.
Arrival Time:
We appreciate promptness and make great effort to see you at your scheduled appointment time.
No-Shows or Same Day Cancellations:
We try hard to accommodate your appointment needs. To do so, we request you notify us 1 day in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment.
Prescription Requests:
All prescription requests require a 24 hour notice.

Copayment is expected at the time of your visit.
